• Customized elevations with a personalized flair by our in house design staff. A buyer has the opportunity to talk with our designer to incorporate their ideas enabling them to personalize the elevation for the home of their dreams.
• Large oversized 3 or 4 car garage, extensively finished with baseboards, roll up metal doors with 2 openers. If your vehicle gets a dinged door, it should be in a parking lot, not in your own garage.
• Elegant Steel-Forged Entry doors or generous allowance is included in each of our homes. The entry doors are often the first thing you notice on a home, we want to make it an unforgettable first impression.
• Generous allowances for flatwork depending on lot size. A buyer seldom thinks to ask if they have adequate flatwork to run a concrete band around the entire home or if the builder only includes a 4'X4' stoop at the exterior doors. When we say that we have a generous allowance, we know the difference.
• Generous allowance for landscaping. Larger trees, cement curbing, upgraded irrigation valves with time clock that will accommodate future rear yard landscaping. Depending on the lot size, allowances vary, but the bottom line is found by comparing our average allowance to builder X.
• Beige or white vinyl windows with low E2 glass. We give the buyer a choice even though the beige frames are a normal upgrade to most builders, Delfino Homes feels that the cost is minimal and is willing to make up the difference in order to give our buyers a choice.
• No basic stucco, upgraded Acrylic Stucco with stucco eaves (as per elevation). Acrylic stucco minimizes staining and cracking. We don't like the appearance and quality of lesser stucco and we do not want it on any of our homes. This is why the upgraded Acrylic Stucco is all you will find on a Delfino Home.
• Gas stub-out for BBQ grill. When you are finally in the home of your dreams, we think you will want to spend more time in your rear yard with the family around the barbeque. If you are going to use it that often, why bother with the portable gas tanks!
